Women Of Hope

This is an adult literacy and skills training program for women in local churches and in the communities. The program is benefiting nearly to 1000 women with life time skills in fashion designing/tailoring, art and crafts, candle & soap making , cookery, etc.

Living Hope is hoping to establish candle and soap making project as well as the confectionary as independent projects to create jods to HIV/AIDS positive women, children, prostitutes so that they can get access to education, food, clothing, medical care, etc. Our target is to rescue and restore the diginity of an African woman who has been humiliated, frustrated and traumatized by HIV/AIDS and domestic violences.

To sustain this project it calls for funding to purchase materials, equipments and facilitating trainers. I hope there are mothers and strong women who would like to help their fellow women and they would also like to volunteer in training women with other skills, please write to us now women@livinghopeuganda.org for more details.
