DRUG ADDICTION

-	Through this project, we rescue children and teenagers from the grip of drugs and marginalization, improving their nutritional and health conditions, involving them in society. The sooner we begin to fight this plague, the more effective our results will be, with fewer drug users in the future. This is the way to give to children and adolescents..

      Project Needs and Beneficiaries

    At present, we have 150 participants and our biggest problem really is drugs, closely linked with marginalization, because they live in a high-risk environment. The next is the lack of family support, and here in our project, they are taken in and led into the school network. The families receive basic food assistance, and we are carrying out this work in one of the areas (Nansana / Salama / Kisenyi ) that has the highest crime rate in the Central region of Uganda.

  Activities

    The project is simple: Children are attracted to the project by means of the sports , music shows and free gifts.

    Potential Long Term Impact

     Today, our project serves around 150 youths and could be handling another 100 children. The goal is to counsel young people not to use drugs and to include them in society, guiding and supporting them in their educational career.
